Job Description:
- Customer support through calls, mail and remote session for troubleshooting email and messaging related issues.
- Bind to achieve 100% customer satisfaction for support provided to customer.
- Should have knowledge on Email, DNS, mail client configuration.
- Should do close monitoring of infrastructure.
- Expecting the resource is dedicated and proactive towards assignments.
- Self-motivated, ready to go for working in rotational shift, overtime.
- Must have enthusiasm and hunger to learn the things related to work, proactive for self-training.
- Should provide high availability as and when required.
- The customer support engineer candidate should be a team player.

Required Skills:
- Must have good verbal and written communication.
- Experience in Email configuration and troubleshooting will be preferred.
- Must have basic knowledge of computer, network.
