Job Description:
  1. Customer support through calls, mail and remote session for troubleshooting email and messaging related issues.
  2. Bind to achieve 100% customer satisfaction for support provided to customer.
  3. Should have knowledge on Email, DNS, mail client configuration.
  4. Should do close monitoring of infrastructure.
  5. Expecting the resource is dedicated and proactive towards assignments.
  6. Self-motivated, ready to go for working in rotational shift, overtime.
  7. Must have enthusiasm and hunger to learn the things related to work, proactive for self-training.
  8. Should provide high availability as and when required.
  9. The customer support engineer candidate should be a team player.
  10. Freshers can also apply.
Required Skills:
  1. Must have good verbal and written communication.
  2. Experience in Email configuration and troubleshooting will be preferred.
  3. Must have basic knowledge of computer, network.
