Refund and cancellation policy

The term of service contracted can be Monthly or Annually, Customer acknowledges that the amount of the fee for the service is based on Customer’s agreement to pay the fee for the Contracted Term, as applicable. The month is the minimum Contract Term and the same can be opted for by the customer who may wish to terminate the contract prior to term closure.

The customer also acknowledges that a minimum of 15 days cancellation notice or downgrade of the current package prior to the following renewal term must be given in writing to Logix or the Customer will be responsible for full payment of the following term. Logix or Customer cannot issue cancellation between the contracted Term or claim any refund for the balance term. Only Certain services are eligible for a refund the list of those services is mentioned below.

Refund/ Cancellations ( if applicable) is expected to be credited to the Customer’s account in 15 days & the Mode of refund credit will be as per the original method of payment of the customer.

  • Logix Cloud Email Security
  • Cloud Zimbra
  • CloudZimail
  • Website Hosting

Service Not Eligible for Refund

  • G Suite from Google
  • Office 365 from Microsoft
  • Symantec.Cloud Services
  • Trend Micro Cloud Application Security
  • Volume Mail Service
  • Domain Name Registration
  • SSL Certificates
  • Fortinet Products

Refund policies are applicable to unused service periods & do not apply to One-Time Setup or Migration costs.

Logix Acceptable User Policy

Customer may wish to terminate the contract and may do so only A Term Month is a minimum In the event Logix terminates the Agreement for Customer’s breach of the Agreement by AUP/TOS, or Customer terminates the service for Logix breach, the unpaid fees for each billing cycle remaining in the Initial Term or then-current Renewal Term, as applicable, are due on the business day following termination of the Agreement. The customer also acknowledges that a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice or downgrade of the current package prior to the following renewal term must be given in writing to Logix or the Customer will be responsible for full payment of the following term.
