In a critical renewal decision, a major PSU Engineering and manufacturing company in India opted to continue their business email journey with Logix Zimbra.
The customer was hosted on Zimbra On-premise setup which Logix deployed and managed for period of 5 years. And this contract was supposed to end October 2024.
Customer was looking forward to adopting Microsoft 365 and floated a tender to close on the Microsoft 365 solution.
But the customer had to face certain challenges while planning for Microsoft 365

- Time and cost involved in this migration
- Appropriate technical resources needed for this migration
And these factors proved to be deterrents in finalizing the shift to Microsoft 365.
Ultimately, the client continued its services Zimbra, renewing the contract for an additional two years.
