Logix has rolled out its bulk mail relay service as an add-on offering. It automatically routes bulk emails via our specialized SMTP server. This server which we also call our VolumeMail gateway will boost your mail deliverability by minimizing the chances of getting flagged as spam.
Terms and conditions for opting for bulk email relay:
Only our Cloud Zimbra and Cloud Email ATP customers can avail of this add-on service.
There is no limit on the number of emails.
The delivery period will be within 6 hours.
You can raise mail tracking requests with Logix Support.
All other policies stated in the SLA will still be applicable. These include:
Authenticated user should be the same as ‘Mail from’.
Maximum 500 emails per hour per user.
Maximum 99 recipients in a single email.
If SendGrid identifies UBE (Unsolicited Bulk Email) in the traffic, Logix is liable to notify customers and detain their further bulk email traffic.
