Job Description:
  1. We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social presence across platforms.
  2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building our brand voice online, growing followers, and creating engaging content that attracts, retains, and nurtures our digital audience.
  3. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and execution — someone who can turn ideas into impactful posts and campaigns that strengthen our brand visibility in the cybersecurity and IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  2. Develop and implement a strong social media content calendar aligned with brand and marketing goals
  3. Create, curate, and publish engaging posts, visuals, and videos that reflect the company’s tone and values
  4. Plan and execute campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and web traffic
  5. Monitor social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep the brand relevant and adaptive
  6. Engage actively with followers — respond to comments, messages, and discussions to build a strong community
  7. Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement rate, reach, growth, conversions, etc.)
  8. Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to support integrated marketing campaigns
  9. Suggest and implement new features or ideas to boost brand visibility and digital engagement
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. 2–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles
  2. Strong understanding of LinkedIn B2B marketing and corporate audience engagement
  3. Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.)
  4. Proficiency in creating and analysing social media reports and dashboards
  5. Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools) and a good eye for aesthetics
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Strategic thinking with creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Background:
  1. Experience in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity marketing
  2. Familiarity with paid social campaigns and ad performance metrics
  3. Ability to conceptualize thought-leadership campaigns and brand storytelling
