Logix eShop will be the first of its kind, one-stop IT e-commerce website aimed at delivering a hassle free & convenient buying experience to all customers. eShop will allow you to renew your existing Logix product/service subscription, buy any of our product/services online instead of placing the same request on calls. A lot easier & simpler! Once we are open, we shall also be taking up registrations so that our esteemed clients get more benefits, earn loyalty points & are able to redeem them from time to time.

How to shop at Logix

Logix eShop displays the list of available products. When a customer wants to purchase a product, he/she can choose the required product. Customer can also enter selection criteria to filter the products and site will display the matching results.

Customer has to add required products and their quantity to the shopping cart. If customer is a registered customer,site will prompt the customer to enter username and password provided at the time of registration. Site will complete the verification process and will allow the customer to complete the checkout. If customer is not registered, site will first prompt the customer to create a profile by filling the registration form. Only after successful registration, customer can log in and place the order.

After successful checkout, site will generate Order Id and will display order details such as purchased products, available shipping and payment options . The reward/loyalty points of a customer are also displayed, which can be used against the order. Billing and shipping details are stored for future transactions.

Customer will then select one of the payment options and will pay for the order.

After successful completion of payment process, invoice will be generated and will be sent to the customer via email.

Customer will get reward/loyalty points for every product/service purchased from the site. Loyalty points can be redeemed by customer.
