Our Supportdesk portal gives you everything you need to manage support in one place. The Dashboard offers a clear view of all activity — from total and pending tickets to closed, certified, approval-pending, and dissatisfied ones. In Config, you can update your customer profile, add new admins, and review your purchased services. The Support area lets you easily create new tickets or track existing ones by ID, while Reports provide deeper insights through analysis, performance data, and customer feedback.
